VTKC Membership Application
Ready to join VTKC? Please complete the current Membership Application and mail it to our Treasurer Elaine. The blank Membership Application can be seen in the image below. 

To print out the Application Form, just download the 2026 VTKC Membership Applicationform, and point the file to a place on your computer, such as your Desktop.
​You can then open and print out the Membership Application for completion. Just click on the printer icon to print out the form. Fill in the blanks and send the completed Membership Application along with your dues' check to Treasurer Elaine. Be sure to write "Membership" on the memo line of your check.

But Wait A Minute

I'm already a Member of VTKC and want to renew my Membership. That's great. Just fill in the blanks on the Renewal form below, if there are changes. But if there aren't any changes, check the box indicated and fill out your name. Print off the Renewal Form by following the directions above, and send it, with your renewal check, to our Treasurer Elaine. That's it and you are still a Member of VTKC for 2026.
